Referral scheme


We offer a referral scheme to reward you for passing top talent or client referrals our way as a show of our appreciation.

Candidate referral scheme

You could earn £250 worth of vouchers providing all of the following criteria apply:

  • You refer a friend or colleague to The Talent Locker that is not previously registered with us and we place the candidate within 12 months of your original referral.
  • The individual candidate completes 60 days of work in their new role

You will receive payment once the candidate has completed 60 days in their new position.

Client referral scheme

You could earn multiples of £250 worth of vouchers providing all of the following criteria apply:

  • You refer a Client / Hiring Manager that is actively recruiting and willing to use our services who we do not have prior knowledge of
  • The client goes on to employ a candidate through The Talent Locker in either a contract or permanent position within 12 months of your original recommendation
  • Any individual placed completes 60 days of work in their new position

You will receive £250 for every candidate that The Talent Locker place with the hiring manager for a period of 12 months from your original recommendation. You will receive payment once the candidate has completed 60 days of work in their new position.
